Today we have another great and quick fish dish for you as #recipe of the week. Easy to prepare in #Varoma® and almost all by yourself. This leaves time for other things.

INGREDIENTS
- Potatoes for 2 people
- ½ pack of frozen soup greens
- 2 pieces of frozen salmon
- 1/2 onion, peeled
- 500 ml water
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- Salt
- pepper
- 1/2 slice feta (sheep cheese or similar)
INSTRUCTIONS
Place frozen soup greens in the Varoma®. Place the frozen salmon on the soup greens. Peel and halve and quarter enough potatoes for 2 people. Place in the cooking basket. Halve the onion and place it on top of the potatoes. Pour 500 ml water and 1 tablespoon vegetable broth into the mixing bowl. Close the mixing bowl, place the Varoma® on top and cook for 25 minutes / Varoma® / level 1. When the time is up, leave the salmon and potatoes covered and take out the onion for the sauce. Add the steamed soup greens, steamed onion, tomato paste, salt, pepper and feta to the entire cooking liquid (approx. 300) and then process for another 1 minute/turbo to form a creamy sauce.
