Autumn is not only pretty to look at, it is also the beginning of pumpkin season. We love the play of colors of the pumpkins and also how beautifully creamy they make our dishes. How good that jam is made in no time in the #Thermomix®. The jam from today's #recipe goes great with whole grain bread, but is also great on sweet waffles.

INGREDIENTS
- 500g pumpkin
- 500g apples
- 200 ml unsweetened apple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pack of extra preserving sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the pumpkin into wedges, peel and weigh. Peel the apple, cut it into eighths and weigh it.
Place pumpkin in mixing bowl and chop 2 sec/speed 5, transfer. Place apples in mixing bowl and chop for 2 seconds/speed setting 5.
Place the remaining ingredients in the mixing bowl and bring to the boil for 10 minutes/Varoma®/speed 2.
Do a gelling test and then pour into boiled twist-off jars and turn them upside down.
