Kiwi-gooseberry “jam”

Kiwi-Stachelbeere-„Marmelade“ - Wundermix GmbH

Very tasty and quick to make!


  • 300 g kiwis, peeled and weighed
  • 200 g gooseberries, cleaned
  • 1/2 vanilla bean
  • Juice of 1/2 orange
  • 200 g preserving sugar 2:1


Cook the scraped out pulp of the vanilla pod, the empty pod and the remaining ingredients in the mixing bowl for 10 minutes/100°C/speed 2.

Then pour into hot-rinsed twist-off glasses and turn them upside down.
