Very tasty and quick to make!
Ingredients:
- 300 g kiwis, peeled and weighed
- 200 g gooseberries, cleaned
- 1/2 vanilla bean
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- 200 g preserving sugar 2:1
Preparation:
Cook the scraped out pulp of the vanilla pod, the empty pod and the remaining ingredients in the mixing bowl for 10 minutes/100°C/speed 2.
Then pour into hot-rinsed twist-off glasses and turn them upside down.
