Indian chicken

Today's #recipe of the week is a great all-in-one dish.

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- Some herb salt
- 500 g carrots
- 200g rice
- 2 bouillon cubes or 3 tbsp instant broth
- 750 ml water
- 1 can of cocktail fruits
- 250 ml cooking liquid
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tsp curry
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp flour
- Paprika powder
- soy sauce
APPLICATION:
Wash the chicken and cut into strips, then season with herb salt and place on the shelf.
Cut the carrots into slices and place them in the Varoma®.
Place the rice in the cooking basket and rinse briefly. Add the bouillon cubes and water to the mixing bowl.
Attach the cooking basket, place the shelf in the Varoma® and place it on.
Cook for 30 minutes/Varoma®/level 2.
Remove Varoma® and keep warm.
Pour the rice from the cooking basket into a bowl and keep it warm.
Pour the cocktail fruits into a sieve, add the cooking liquid, cocktail fruit juice, cream, curry, salt and flour to the TM® and mix again for 4 minutes/100°C/speed 4.
If necessary, season with paprika powder, soy sauce, etc.
Pour into a bowl and fold in the cocktail fruits and let steep briefly.
Place the chicken breasts in a bowl with the sauce. Carrots are enough separately.
