Yeast apple sheet cake

Today's recipe of the day is another great cake!

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 90g sugar
  • 200g milk
  • 70g butter or margarine
  • 10 g rapeseed oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 500g flour

Topping:

  • 5 large or 10 small apples
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Molding:

  • 50g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of sour cream

Preparation:

Melt yeast, sugar and milk in mixing bowl for 3 mins/37°C/speed 2. Add the remaining dough ingredients and knead for 3 minutes/bread setting. Decant and let rise covered for 30 minutes. Rinse the pot. Then spread the dough on a tray lined with baking paper and pull up the edges. Let go again. Peel, halve and score apples (do not cut through). Spread the apple halves on the dough. Now sprinkle the raisins and cinnamon on top. Then let the icing stir for 1 minute/speed 5-6 and then distribute it over the apples. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 3035 minutes at 180 °C (O/U).
