INGREDIENTS
- 80 - 100 g kale
- 20 g butter
- 750 g water
- 250 g milk
- 30 g vegetable stock
- 1 dash of cream
- 1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS
First grind the green spelt for 20-30 seconds/speed setting 10. Then add the butter and mix for 2-3 min./100°C/speed setting 1. Now add the remaining ingredients (except the egg) and cook for 9 min./100°C/speed setting 2. Finally, add the egg and cook for a further 1 min/90°C/speed setting 2.
