INGREDIENTS
- 3 egg whites
- 60g powdered sugar
- 45 g butter melted
- 60g flour
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the egg white in the mixing bowl, insert the mixing attachment and beat until egg whites, approx. 2 min/speed 4. Stir in the powdered sugar and melted butter, 30 sec./speed 4. Stir in the flour for 20 seconds/speed setting 4
Draw 3 circles, each 8 cm in diameter, on baking paper. Spread 1½ teaspoons of dough on top (with a knife or simply with a spoon) and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C.
