Gingerbread Ruck Zuck

Today, just before Christmas, it smells wonderfully of gingerbread in our "bakery" once again
Today we have prepared a delicious and very simple #recipe for Obladen gingerbread from our #Thermomix® book "Christmas treats from the Thermomix®" with us.

Preparation 10 minutes

Cooking time 20-25 hours

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 130 g almonds
  • 130 g nuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g chocolate in pieces
  • 100 g candied orange peel
  • 100 g candied lemon peel
  • 130 g brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
  • Baking wafers

 

APPLICATION:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare the wafers. Place the almonds, nuts, chocolate, candied orange peel and candied lemon peel in the blender jug and shred for 25 seconds/speed setting 8.
Add the eggs, sugar and gingerbread spice and mix again for 10 seconds/speed setting 5.
Spoon the mixture onto wafers and bake for approx. 20-25 mins. at 180 °C O/U.

Note: If you like, you can brush them with a sugar glaze. Mix the powdered sugar with the milk and brush onto the gingerbread using a brush.
