Vegetarian vegetable ragout
1 onion diced
1 teaspoon garlic stick
4 medium potatoes
2 tsp soup seasoning
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 red pepper
1 tsp marjoram
Sauté the onion and garlic in the mixing bowl.
Peel and dice the potatoes. Slice the carrots.
Cut half the kohlrabi into cubes. Now put everything in the mixing bowl and add water, soup seasoning, paprika and pepper
Cook 30 min/100°C/stir setting until al dente.
Dice the peppers and chop the peppers.
Dice the zucchini, add as desired, then add the marjoram and plenty of parsley to the mixing bowl and continue cooking for another 5 minutes/100°C/stirring settings. Season the whole thing with spices as desired.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream or creme fraiche
You can mix in/warm up sausages (in pieces) or enjoy them with cooked pieces of meat (fried together with the onions).
