INGREDIENTS
- 10 g fresh yeast
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 75ml water
- 2.5 tsp sesame oil
- 150 g canned bamboo shoots
- 10g shiitake mushrooms
- 1.5 peppers
- 1/2 zucchini
- 75 g canned bean sprouts
- 50 g canned corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt, pepper and Chinese spices
- 2 tsp sesame
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all the ingredients for the dough into the mixing bowl, process for 3 minutes/bread setting, transfer and let rise for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough in an appropriate shape. Soak shiitake mushrooms. Chop peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and bamboo shoots for 5 seconds/speed 5. Mix vegetables with bean sprouts and corn and spread over the dough. Mix eggs, soy sauce and coriander for 10 seconds/speed 4, spread over the vegetable cake and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 190°C for approx. 40 minutes.
