INGREDIENTS
- 250 g lean beef
- 3 onions
- 500g potatoes
- 3 red peppers
- 10g vegetable oil
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- 350 g vegetable broth
- 30 g tomato paste
- 15-20 g chopped parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Dice the beef, cut the potatoes into quarters and the peppers into strips. Place onions in mixing bowl and mix 3 seconds/speed 3. Steam with the meat cubes for 5 minutes/Varoma®/LL/level 1. Add potatoes and peppers, season and cook for 5 mins/Varoma®/LL/gentle stirring. Add the stock, stir in the tomato paste and braise for 30 mins/100°C/LL/speed 2. Season the goulash again with the spicy spices and serve sprinkled with parsley.
