INGREDIENTS
- 700 ml water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 200 g spiral noodles
- 1/2 liter of water
- 300g chicken breast
- 100 g leek
- 200 g tangerines
- 100 g Emmental cheese
- 4 tbsp tangerine juice
- 150g yogurt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2-3 pinches of pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Place water and salt in mixing bowl and cook 13 min/100°C/speed 1.
Add the pasta through the lid opening 7 minutes before the time is up (according to step 1). Then drain the water, pour over the pasta and let it cool.
Pour ½ liter of water into the mixing bowl and close it. Cut the chicken breast into fine strips and place in the Varoma®. Place the leek in thin rings in the Varoma® insert, place the Varoma® on the pan and cook for 15 minutes/Varoma®/speed 1.
After approx. 7.5 minutes, remove the leek and let it cool. Then mix the cooled leek and cold chicken with the noodles. Add the tangerines in pieces and the diced Emmental cheese.
Insert the mixing attachment and mix the mandarin orange juice, yoghurt, curry, salt and pepper for 5 seconds/speed setting 2, pour over the salad and mix well.
