- 300 g frozen strawberries
- 100g crème fraîche
- 70g sugar
- 400 g ice cubes
Freeze the strawberries 1 day in advance.
Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl and chop for 5-6 seconds/speed setting 5.
Push the chunky mixture down with the spatula and mix again for 5 seconds/speed 10 (no longer, otherwise it will be too fine).
Pour into glasses or bowls and enjoy.
