Dumplings or also dumplings are traditionally cooked in small bamboo bags. But is it worth investing in such steamers? If you have the Thermomix, well to be exact, if you have the Varoma – No.

TM5 – Makes 15 dumplings


Additives for the dough
bull; 125 ml water
bull; water 1/2 teaspoon salt
250 g flour

ingredients for the filling – minced meat
100 g minced meat
minced meat; 1/2 glass Mongolian bean seedlings, drain well
bull; 1 tablespoon soy sauce
bull; spices as desired: salt, pepper, cardamom

Ingredients for stuffing – Sheepskins
bull; 1 pack of ham
bull; 1 pack of sheepskin'se

Mix It – The dough

Ingredients for the dough put completely into the mixing bowl → 3 min. | Wrap dough
• dough in foil and leave for at least 3 minutes. Place in fridge for 1 hour

Mix It – The filling
Ingredients for the minced meat filling into the mixing bowl → 4 min. | Level 2
• dice sheepskin dice and prepareham cut the dough into walnut-sized pieces and handflash; roll out
put a teaspoon of filling in the middle and close the pockets to the top
