Curry goulash
Hello, my dears!
Another great all-in-one dish today as the recipe of the week.
As always, made quickly with the Thermomix®.

INGREDIENTS:
- 700 g pork or lamb goulash
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion
- 700 ml water
- Rice or potatoes
- Vegetables
- 1 tbsp broth powder or Paste®
- 1-2 tbsp curry
- 1 tsp Maizena (cornstarch)
- 2 tbsp coffee cream
- Pepper, salt & paprika to taste
APPLICATION:
Peel the onion, add halves to the mixing bowl and shred 3 seconds/speed 5.
Now fill in the water. The goulash, salt, pepper and season with paprika, then place in the Varoma® and place on the Thermomix®.
You can cook rice or potatoes in the cooking basket or put vegetables in the shelf.
Now set the Thermomix® to 40 minutes/Varoma®/level 1.
Then remove the Varoma® and set it aside.
Fill the cooking stock up to 250 ml, sprinkle in the stock powder, add the curry, cornflour, coffee cream, pepper, salt, paprika to taste and cook again for 2 minutes/90°C/level 2 and make a sauce.
