TM5 – for 12 pieces

Ingredients for the dough

  • 300 g flour
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 40 ml milk
  • 40 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 90g sugar
  • 100 g chocolate drops, bake stable
  • 1 egg


Ingredients for croating

  • 1 egg or some milk


Mix it

  • Put all the ingredients for the dough into the mixing bowl except for the chocolate pieces and knead 1 min | Dough Step
  • Add the pieces of chocolate and stir in → 20 sec | counterclockwise | Level 2
  • Place the dough on a well floured work surface, knead again briefly
  • Form into a role
  • Divide into 12 pieces and form into balls
  • Place the 12 rolls on a baking tray covered with baking paper or in an appropriate dish and brush with the whisked egg
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approx 20 minutes
