INGREDIENTS
- 1 chicken breast
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 250 g vegetables of your choice (peppers, onions etc.)
- 120 g rice
- 1 tbsp quark
- 1 tbsp starch
- 1 tsp granulated stock
- 500 g hot water
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the chicken breast into strips, mix the soy sauce with the honey in a bowl.
Leave the meat to marinate in this marinade for at least 2 hours.
Pour the water into the mixing bowl and season with salt.
Put the rice into the cooking pot, close the lid and fill the cooking pot with finely chopped vegetables.
Insert the insert base, place the meat on top, place the cooking pot on top and close the lid.
Now cook for 30 min./Varoma/speed setting 1. Remove the Varoma, take out the rice and keep warm.
Bring the remaining water (there should be approx. 200 ml left) to the boil again briefly with the remaining ingredients at 90°C/speed setting 5.
Season with soy sauce and honey, if necessary.
