INGREDIENTS
- 50 g fresh strawberries and raspberries (total amount)
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Chia berry yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the berries and remove the greens. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and use the other berries whole.
Put everything in the mixing bowl and mix with chia seeds and yoghurt for 20 seconds/LL/speed 2. Pour into glasses and garnish with berries
