- 2 cloves garlic
- 50g olive oil
- 1 tbsp herb butter seasoning
- 150 g sheep cheese
- 1/2 pack herb cream cheese
- 70 g tomato paste 1 small tube
- Oregano to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 200° fan oven. Cut the onion into rings and place in the baking dish.
Place other onion and garlic in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5. Add olive oil and sauté for 3 minutes/Varoma®/speed 2 without measuring cup. Put the feta in the mixing bowl and stir in 2 seconds/speed 4. Add the remaining ingredients to the Thermomix® and knead for 1 minute/bread setting.
Now roll it up: take a small part of the dough and form a ball. Form a roll out of this ball and then roll it in the ham. Ham can also be left out.
Then place the roll on top of the onions in the baking dish.
Turn the oven down to 160° and place the baking dish on the middle rack (180°C for top and bottom heat) and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Rinse the mixing bowl and chop the garlic cloves for 3 seconds/speed setting 5. Now add the remaining ingredients for the sauce and cook for 5 minutes/90°C/speed 2
After the baking time, take the baking dish out of the oven and pour the sauce directly over the contents. Reduce oven temperature to and bake for another 10 minutes
