INGREDIENTS

  • 3 rolls or equivalent toast
  • 300 g cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 1/5 glasses cherries, drained
  • For the crumble
  • 150 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 100 g butter

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the bread rolls/toast into slices. Place the crumble ingredients in the mixing bowl and knead for 2 minutes. Then decant. Then heat the cream for 8 min./100 degrees and pour over the rolls to soften them. Now put the sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and cinnamon into the mixing bowl and mix for 3 minutes/speed setting 3 until frothy. Combine the cherries and softened bread rolls in a bowl with the mixture from the mixing bowl. Now butter a baking tin well, pour in the mixture and finally sprinkle with the crumble. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approx. 45 minutes.
