Cannelloni with wild garlic and nettle filling

Today we have delicious filled cannelloni.
Done quickly with the # Thermomix®
We decided on a filling with wild garlic and nettles.
If you like, just use a different filling. (Minced meat, vegetables, mushrooms).

filling

  • 200 g dry cannelloni rolls
  • 100g cheese
  • 600 g low-fat quark
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh herbs wild garlic/nettle
  • Salt
  • pepper

Sauce

  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • 300 ml vegetable broth
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1-2 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • Salt
  • pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cheese in pieces 45 seconds/speed 10 and transfer. Chop the halved onion and the herbs for 4 seconds/speed 5 and also transfer.
Rinse mixing bowl.
Using a piping bag, fill the mixture into the cannelloni rolls.
For the sauce, add the halved onion for 4 seconds/speed 5, oil and sauté for 3 minutes/100 °C/speed 2.
Add broth, milk and flour and cook for 8 mins/100°C/speed 3. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Pour half of the sauce into a baking dish, place the cannelloni in it and cover with the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 175-200°C for about 40 minutes.

Note: Serve with tomato sauce.
