Cajun marinade

Cajun-Marinade - Wundermix GmbH

Today we have a delicious marinade for meat, poultry and fish for you. As always, quick and easy with the #Thermomix® Simply brush the food with a little of the marinade every now and then while grilling (this can also be done in a pan, of course). This marinade also tastes delicious on a burger!

  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp celery stalks
  • 3 tbsp onions
  • 2 tbsp chopped green chili
  • 2 garlic cloves peeled
  • 1 pinch of thyme
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 pinch of basil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper


Place the celery stalks in pieces, the onions in quarters, chilli peppers and garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds/speed setting 7. Add the remaining ingredients and mix again at speed 4-5.
