Today we don't have any lunch, but we do have the #recipe for a very versatile spice that shouldn't be limited to just its name. Our Bolognese spice spices up dishes and sauces and can also be combined well with spice mixtures.

INGREDIENTS
- 5 tbsp coarse sea salt
- 5 tbsp sweet paprika
- 5 tbsp dried onions
- 1 tbsp celery salt
- 5 tsp hot paprika
- 5 tsp colorful pepper
- 5 tsp oregano
- 5 tsp basil
- 5 teaspoons dried parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix 15 sec/speed 10.
Pour the finished spice into a spice jar or screw-top jar and store in a dark place.
