Banana blueberry yogurt smoothie
Would you like a fruit smoothie #recipe for the # Thermomix® in the heat today?
The smoothie is not only incredibly tasty, it contains lots of iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium.
And it also has an amazing color!

- 1 banana sliced, cold
- 200 g blueberries frozen or fresh
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 100 g water or milk cold
Peel the banana, cut into slices and place in the freezer for a few minutes.
Get all other ingredients ready.
Weigh all ingredients into the mixing bowl and puree 30 seconds/speed 10.
Pour the smoothie into two large glasses and enjoy or chill in the refrigerator.
