  • 100g margarine
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 175 g flour type 405
  • 1 P baking powder
  • 4-5 drops of vanilla flavor


  • 350 g apples, peeled and sliced
  • molding
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 40g sugar
  • 30 g vanilla pudding powder
  • 50 g almond flakes



Pour margarine and sugar into the TM and mix 40 seconds/speed 4 until creamy. Now add the remaining dough ingredients and mix 20 seconds/speed 4. Pour the finished dough into a greased springform pan.


For the topping, put the peeled, quartered apples in the TM and chop for approx. 5-6 seconds/speed 3-4. Then pour the apple mixture onto the cake batter.


For the icing, put all the ingredients except the almonds in the TM and mix for 30 seconds/speed 3. Pour the icing over the cake and sprinkle with the flaked almonds. Bake the cake on the middle shelf at 180°C for approx. 35-40 minutes.
