- Peppers cleaned and quartered
- Zucchini in thick slices
- Onion quartered
- Carrots in sticks
- Eggplants in slices
- Halved mushrooms
Marinate the ingredients with olive oil and garlic.
Place everything on a baking tray or casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes using the grill function
Now season with salt, pepper, chili patches, ital. Season with herbs to taste.

Tips for peeling peppers:
- after cleaning, place on oiled baking paper with the skin side up
- Grill until the skin blisters and even turns slightly black
- place in a plastic bag when hot and leave to cool
- now the skin is easier to peel off
- cut into mouth-sized pieces
- sprinkle with olive oil, garlic granules, salt, pepper and herbs to taste
