Process Parmesan into wafer-thin flakes with the Parmesan slice for WunderSlicer!

Our new Parmesan slice for the WunderSlicer vegetable slicer grates Parmesan into fine flakes instead of chopping it into undefined pieces with the blender jug, as was previously the case.
The Parmesan disc can be used on both sides, allowing you to grate the hard cheese into fine or extra-fine flakes with an incomparable texture as required.

We use the Parmesan disk for the WunderSlicer?

  1. Attach the Parmesan disk to the cover unit of the WunderSlicer and WunderSlicer on the food processor according to the operating instructions.
  2. Remove the rind from the Parmesan.
  3. Blend the Parmesan on speed 2.5 (for Thermomix) / speed 3 counterclockwise (for Thermomix). Monsieur Cuisine).
Important notes:
  • Rinse thoroughly under running water before first use.
  • Remove bark before rubbing and only apply light pressure.
  • The Parmesan disk can only be used with the WunderSlicer from Wundermix and not with the Vorwerk Vegetable Styler or the Food Processor from Monsieur Cuisine compatible.
