Our Top Picks for Juicing
Whether it's steam juicing, citrus juicers, or slow juicing: At Wundermix, you'll find the right solution for you.
Which fruits are best for juicing in the Thermomix?
Currants, raspberries, cherries, elderberries, grapes, rhubarb, or even apples—there are virtually no limits to your imagination. Basically, you can juice any fruit.
It’s especially convenient to steam-juice berries and pome fruits, since this saves you the trouble of removing stems and pits. Varieties that don’t need to be peeled or have a relatively thin skin work very well.
The name says it all: Our Thermomix-compatible citrus juicer, the WunderJuicer, effortlessly juices oranges and other citrus fruits in a matter of seconds.
With slow juicing, on the other hand, softer fruits with a high pulp content—such as grapes, mangoes, or mandarins—are better suited for juicing.

Everything You Need to Know About Steam Juicing

Steam juicer attachment by MixFino
How does the juicer work?
The steam juicer attachment from MixFino simply fits between the mixing bowl lid and the Varoma tray of your Thermomix. A silicone tube is attached to this attachment, which directs the freshly extracted fruit juice directly into a heat-resistant container.
- Pour up to 2000 g of water into the mixing bowl,
- select the “Varoma” temperature setting
- and set the timer for up to 60 minutes.
The best part: While juicing, you can simply insert the tube into a new bottle as soon as the previous one is full. The steam juicer attachment allows you to juice up to two kilograms of fruit in a single session, saving you the trouble of repeatedly transferring the juice. Quick and easy!

The product works perfectly. It's easy to use.

The juicer attachment is really good. It takes up very little space, and the juice yield is great. It's easy to clean, too. I highly recommend it.

It worked very well, juiced quickly, and I was able to make jelly right away

New: Now you can steam-juice with the TM7, too!

WunderJuicer Citrus juicer

WunderJuicer Citrus Juicer
How does the juicer work?
The WunderJuicer simply snaps into the lid of your Thermomix mixing bowl (TM6, TM5, or TM31), complete with the mixing rod and pressing cone. The parts fit perfectly and securely onto the blade shaft and the lid.
Cut your citrus fruits (orange, lemon, grapefruit) in half and gently press them onto the juicing cone at speed 2.5. The cone rotates, squeezing the fruit as it turns, and the juice flows directly into the mixing bowl. This saves you from having to transfer the juice multiple times. You can juice up to 2.2 liters in a single session.
If you want smooth juice, you can then puree it in the Thermomix on speed 10—with the mixing rod removed, of course!
