The Christmassy Thermomix recipe is the perfect combination of vanilla and cinnamon. The slightly sweet cookie note makes this drink an unforgettable treat. Ingredients:

  • 100 g whole almonds, peeled
  • 120 g brown sugar
  •  2 vanilla pods
  • 400 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 ml rum

 

And this is how it works 

  • Rinse the bottles in hot water.
  • Fry the whole almonds without fat until they have taken on some color.
  • Place the almonds, sugar and the seeds from the vanilla pods in the blender jug.
  • Start the food processorchop for 10 seconds/speed setting 8, e.g. with Miximizer.
  • Add the scrapped pods, cream and milk.
  • Start the food processor: Cook for 6 min. / 80°C/speed setting 2.
  • Remove the vanilla pods, add the rum.
  • Start the food processor: Blend for 6 seconds/speed setting 9.
  • Pour the liqueur into clean bottles.
