The Miximizer from Wundermix ensures that the food in the Thermomix is evenly gripped by the blade. This prevents ingredients from sticking to the blades or being processed unevenly. This results in a perfect consistency, regardless of whether you are preparing soupy or creamy recipes.
The WunderBoard provides a stable and non-slip work surface for preparing and cutting ingredients. |
Can I also prepare the dessert vegan?
Yes, you can use vegan alternatives. Instead of cream and mascarpone, you can use plant-based alternatives such as soy or oat cream. Speculoos is also often available in a vegan version.
