And every year, Halloween marks the transition to the rather unpopular winter. (which also has its beautiful sides)

Waiting time: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
200 g milk
1/2 cube yeast
1 teaspoon salt
300 g wheat flour type 405 or spelt flour type 630
1 pack of Vienna sausages
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the milk, yeast and salt into the mixing bowl and mix for 3 minutes/37 °C/speed setting 1, then add the flour and knead for 3 minutes. Leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
Cut the wieners in half and roll the dough into thin sausages, wrapping each one around a sausage. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approx. 15 mins.
