Rice salad with cooked ham

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ tbsp rice, dry
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 apple, medium size, in pieces
  • 1 tomato
  • 10 g remoulade
  • Parsley, pepper and salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook the rice. Stir the remoulade with a little water until creamy.
Add pepper, salt and parsley. Place the ham, rolled upright, in the mixing bowl. Together with apple pieces 
4 sec./speed setting 4 chop. Dice the tomato and add to the mixing bowl with the rice and remoulade.
Mix everything together; 4 sec./LL/speed setting 4. Leave to infuse for one hour.
