INGREDIENTS
- 250 g milk
- 200 g processed cheese
- 300 g water
- 250 g sour cream
- 2 tsp clear stock
- 2 tsp herbs
- White pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 30 g cornflour
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook all the ingredients except the sour cream and herbs for 9 min./100° C/speed setting 3.
Then stir in the sour cream and herbs.
