Good food doesn't have to consist of unpronounceable ingredients, it has to be tasty and filling!

INGREDIENTS
- 500 g minced beef
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
- ½ liter vegetable stock
- 400 g zucchini
- 400 g tomatoes fresh or canned
- rosemary
- thyme
- basil
- 1 small tin of corn
- salt
- White pepper
- 1-2 tsp dark sugar beet syrup
- 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the onions and garlic cloves into the TM and chop briefly at speed 5-7. Add the olive oil and sauté for 5 min./100°/speed setting 2.
Now add the mince and fry for 5-6 minutes/90°/reverse/speed setting 3. In the meantime, wash and slice the zucchinis and place in the Varoma. Spread the corn on top. Pour the tomatoes and stock into the mixing bowl and place the Varoma on top.
Now cook for a further 25 minutes / Varoma / reverse/speed setting 3. Then transfer the zucchinis and sweetcorn to a bowl. Add the sugar beet syrup and the spices to the mince and stir briefly on speed 3/reverse to distribute everything well. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper and balsamic vinegar. Serve with cooked rice or potatoes.
