Ingredients:
- 500 g carrots
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch of pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 5 g white wine vinegar
- 15 g lemon juice (important: from a real lemon, not the juice from a plastic bottle!)
- 20 - 25 g sunflower oil, rapeseed oil or olive oil
Preparation:
Peel the carrots and roughly chop and place in the blender jug with the other ingredients.
Now chop for 4-5 seconds/speed setting 6.
