How does the Refer a Friend program work?
Are you a real Wundermix fan and would like to recommend us to people around you? We would be delighted if you did and will reward you with a 10% discount for the Wundermix online store!
Simply fill out the form on this page and we will generate your referral link. It's up to you which channel you use to send the referral link to your loved ones. If your contact clicks on your link, they can secure the 10% friend discount simply by signing up. If your referred contact completes an order, you will also receive a voucher code for a 10% discount for the Wundermix online store 30 days after their successful order.
Who can refer?
Have you already ordered from us and really like our Wundermix accessories? Then you can recommend us to others!
Who can be referred?
Do you have people around you who have never ordered from Wundermix? You can refer them!
A recommendation to someone who has already ordered from us makes us very happy, but does not count as a successful recommendation. Please understand this.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Of course you can! You are also welcome to recommend us to other people. We look forward to many new Wundermix fans!
How and when will I receive my reward?
30 days after your loved ones have successfully placed an order in our store, we will send you an e-mail with your individual 10% voucher code. If the order of the referred friend is canceled or remains unpaid, you will not receive a reward.
What happens if my referred contact places an order but did not use my referral link?
If your friend did not click or use the link when placing the order, this is not a successful referral. In order for you to receive your reward, the referral link must be used when placing the order. It is not possible to subsequently mention a referred friend by e-mail, fax, telephone or post.
Can I have the value of the voucher paid out?
No, as with all our vouchers, this is unfortunately not possible.
I have received a voucher for a successful recommendation! Where can I redeem it?
Great that you have recommended Wundermix! As a reward, you can redeem your voucher code with us at www.wundermix.de. The voucher code cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
